As a provider of tools, Pro Backup BV is a processor of personal data that offers companies and organizations the opportunity to process personal data better and more efficiently. This means that the users of our tools, our customers, are and remain responsible for processing. It is they who determine the purpose and means for the processing of personal data and, among other things, rely on the tools that Pro Backup BV has developed. As such, they must ensure that they process their customers’ data correctly, in accordance with the GDPR.

In particular, Pro Backup BV customers must ensure that they have a processing agreement with the processors they use, such as Pro Backup BV. To this end, you can download our Processor Agreement and send us a signed copy by email.
