Why do I not need a password to log in?

Our backup app works with a smart login that only allows you to sign in if you are logged in to your cloud app. 

If you are logged out of your app, then it will not be possible to log in to Pro Backup. 

We are working on an update to further improve this. This update will allow you to:

  • Set up a password for your Pro Backup account
  • Add 2FA to further secure your account
  • Sign in to Pro Backup using SSO
