What we back up:
The following data types are backed up:
On account level:
- Workspaces
- Boards
- Users
On board level:
- Items & subitems
- Updates (i.e. comments)
- Columns
- Files that are uploaded via a custom field
- Views
What we don't back up:
The following data types are not backed up:
- Files that are uploaded via a comment or to a task
- Files that are attached using a 3th party platform (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive/SharePoint)
- Activity log on item level
- Automations
- Dashboards
- Docs
- Tags
Important
The reason that some of these data types are not backed up is because they are not made available in monday.com's API. As soon as these data types are available through the API we will add them to the backup scope.
