What we back up:
The following data types are backed up:
- Users
- Projects
- Issues
- Attachments
- Comments
- Custom fields
- Boards
- Sprints
- Components
What we don't back up:
The following data types are not backed up:
- Automations
- Assets
- Configurations
Important
The reason that some of these data types cannot backed up is because they are not made available in Jira's API. As soon as these data types are available through the API we will add them to the backup scope.
