Boards
When you restore a board we will re-create a copy of the board to. your account. The following elements will be restored.
- Frames
- Lines
- Text
- Shapes
- Sticky notes
- Paint
There a few known issues when restoring an issue:
- Some elements will not be restored
- Comments on elements will not be restored
- All text will be in black
Items
You can also restore single elements back to the existing board. This is possible for the following element types:
- Frames
- Lines
- Text
- Shapes
- Sticky notes
- Paint
Important
We will never overwrite existing data. Instead we will always create a duplicate. This is true both when you create a copy from your snapshots or when you recover deleted data.
