Via Snapshots or Recover you can restore the following data types:
- To do’s
- Messages
- Uploads
- Attachments
Each time you create a copy, a new record will be created in Basecamp with a new ID. The related comments & attachments will also be restored.
Important
We will never overwrite existing data. Instead we will always create a duplicate. This is true both when you create a copy from your snapshots or when you recover deleted data.
