What if the access for Pro Backup has been revoked?

For most integrations, you need authorize Pro Backup to have access to your account. It is possible that the authorization token is no longer valid for your account. In this case, we are no longer able to access and back up your account. 

To fix this, you need to the following: 

  • Go to the sign up page
  • Click on your cloud app
  • Fill in your email in the first step
  • Click ‘Continue
  • On the second step, click on ‘Authorize Pro Backup‘
