It is possible that for some reason you are not able to your Google account.
In this case we recommend the following:
- Click on ‘Skip for now‘ in the onboarding process
- Complete the onboarding process (after this your first backup will initiated and you’ll have access to your account)
- When you’re logged, you can try to connect again via the ‘Status‘ or ‘Settings‘ page.
- If this still doesn’t work, click on ‘Contact Us‘ in the left side pane to create a support ticket.
