If you have a trial or paid subscription for Pro Backup, you can receive email support from our dedicated support team. You can contact them by creating a support ticket via the link in your Pro Backup account (option “Contact us” in the left side pane).
If you don’t have a subscription, please check our Help Center. Pro Backup has thousands of registered users and unfortunately, we cannot provide individual email support for all of them. Please take a look at our Help page where we constantly create and add new content in order to help you.
